Description
An Administrator based in Nelson required to start as soon as possible This is a full-time post, working Monday-Friday, 09.00am-5.00pm with a 1 hour lunch break.
This is a temp post to commence as soon as possible until at least Friday 31st May 2019.
Main duties include
- To assist with the efficient and effective organisation and delivery of the administrative service
- To manage diaries, arrange meetings, prepare agendas, taking and production of minutes
- To deal with follow-up actions as and when required
- To handle telephone calls
- To complete filing and produce letters
- To be computer literate and a confident IT user
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Experience of working in a busy office providing administrative support
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Ability to respect confidentiality
Ability to keep accurate and up to date records
Excellent IT skills
Display initiative, be positive and enthusiastic
Be a team player
