My client is actively seeking to appoint a Project Manager to lead on a new initiative that looks to develop an approach to prevention and early intervention with young people at risk of causing harm to others.
It builds on the development of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy as a tool to manage and mitigate factors that lead to violence and intends to identify those at risk through ACE assessment. We are looking for someone who has project management skills but also can evidence varied experience of counselling or CBT Therapy across different sectors.
The programme delivery will see sessions running across Pennine Lancashire with specific aims and objectives with learning outcomes.
The position is available to start as soon as possible, offering 2 days a week for an initial 6 months with a view to extend. The successful post-holder will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, and will manage and coordinate the activities of the programme, including overall management to ensure the programme runs efficiently and effectively.
